Warranty

All warranties are administered and processed directly by the product manufacturer. Taurus Technical Group (TTG) will assist in facilitating and, when possible, negotiating warranty claims on your behalf; however, all final terms and conditions are determined by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified under special arrangements.

If Your Products Arrive Damaged

Before contacting Taurus Technical Group (TTG), you must notify the carrier that delivered your shipment within 24 hours of receipt.

Taurus Engineering cannot accept responsibility for damage once a shipment has been signed for as received in good condition.

Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, or defective.
  • All returns must be complete and in original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to items that do not meet these conditions.
  • Factory-direct shipped products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and require manufacturer approval. These items are not returned directly to Taurus Engineering.
  • Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund.

Return Exceptions

  • Gas and diesel-powered equipment cannot be returned once fuel or oil has been added. These items must be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which may be covered under warranty.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Chemicals
  • Wheel Service Equipment
  • Lifts & Racks
  • Electronic Sensors
  • Electronic Media
  • Software Updates

Return Process

Products purchased online, by phone, or through catalog may be returned to a TTG Distribution Center.

To expedite your return, please bring:

  • Packing slip
  • Order number
  • OR valid Return Authorization (RA) number

Packaging & Shipping

  • Repackage items securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Clearly mark your Return Authorization (RA) number on the package.
  • You may use any shipping carrier of your choice.

Taurus Engineering LLC reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether an item may be returned, exchanged, or if an order may be canceled.

Order Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to review orders carefully prior to submission.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged without prior written approval from Taurus Technical Group, LLC.
